I'd like to contact someone, how do I do this?To contact someone you will need to sign up to gain full CV access, this takes just 2 minutes and can be done simply by either clicking on the link at the top of a candidates CV or by clicking on the "Post a job" tab at the top of any page. Once you have full access you will then find that the candidates CV page shows their full contact details (e.g. telephone, email as well as their full work history, education etc).

I'm browsing the site but can't access peoples full CVs, what's going on?
It is free for you to browse ALL our candidates basic profiles and portfolios on our site but if you would like to get in contact with them access their full CVs then there is a charge for this service as indicated above.

How do I post a job and what happens next?
Simply click on the "Post a job" tab at the top left of any page
on the site, choose your package and then enter your details. This process
takes around 10 minutes. Once your job is added we send it out to all the
matching candidates and display your job on our jobs board for 60
days (or less by your specified closing date).
Once you have submitted your job it will be live on the viewcreatives jobs
board and users can view and apply for it. In addition our system will automatically
send out a global email of your job to all matching candidates in the database.
Once they have received it they can click on the link in their email and they
too can then apply. Your job posting will automatically be deleted for you
from the site after 60 days.

Can I change my job once its posted?
Once you have posted your job you can edit it as much as you like within 60 days.

How many people will get to see my job?
How many people actually view your job depends on a number of factors, such
as job type, location and salary offered. Viewcreatives.com currently has

How many people will apply to my job?
There are so many factors that can influence the response rate you will get. The job, where it is, what company it is and the copy you use etc. all these things will affect how many users reply. On average you should get 150 individual views of each job posted each week.

How long will my job be displayed on the site for?
Your job will be displayed on our jobs board for 60 days after which time it will automatically be removed from our system.

How long does it take to sign up?
It takes just a few minutes to sign up online. Once registered you are minutes away from creating an instant account and having access to one of the largest database of creative industry peoples CVs and portfolios in the UK.

I've forgotten my password, how do I login?
Click through to our "recover login details" page at the top right
of any page on the site. This asks you to enter your email address and will
send your username and password to your email.
If it doesn't work and you use a free mail service (hotmail etc) then check
in the Bulk Mailbox as automated emails can be sometimes appear as spam.

I need to edit my details, where do I do this?
Log in to your account from the frontpage and click on edit my details on the left hand menu bar. From the edit my details section you have access to and can change all of the details held by viewcreatives.com. This includes viewing existing jobs, adding new ones and modifying any of your company details.
