Audio/ Visual Coordinator / PA

Our client, one of London's leading live production and design companies has worked with top corporate businesses to deliver unforgettable, award-winning events, and are now looking for a creative minded, Audio/Visual Co-ordinator to join their team.


Reporting to the AV Director/Technical Project Manager your key areas of responsibility will be:

· To fully support the AV Project Director in day to day running of Waters Productions Limited.
· To be the main contact with the client and gain a full understanding of what Audio Visual equipment and services are required for their event
· To be able to produce a quote for equipment and services for the client.
· To follow up queries and ensuring that all quotes are signed prior to the event.
· To attend weekly sheets meeting and communicate back to the Production team.
· To run weekly meetings with the production team to run through the following weeks events and highlighting any specific points.
· To prepare and send to the finance director final quotes ready for invoicing.
· To prepare production team timesheets / expenses and adhoc office duties.


Essential requirements:

· Good understanding of M/S Office e.g. word, excel and powerpoint.
· Project coordination experience
· Excellent organisational skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Team player
· Enthusiasm & energy and a 'Can do' attitude
· AV equipment experience (PA, video and projection equipment) including installation and operation
