This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Creative Director / Art Director to move into a Creative Director role in a well-established, long-running Branding/Marcomms agency in Bahrain. You will be managing from 8-10 direct reports (mostly middleweights) so some team management experience is essential. You will need to be able to lead from the front with fast turn around conceptual and hands-on design. This is a fast paced, dynamic agency with clients ranging from Automotive, Financial, and Professional Services. The ideal candidate will have some level of team management experience, maybe 4+ direct reports, come from a mainly branding/marcomms background with a split of around 80% print and 20% digital, and used to a fast paced, dynamic studio environment. This is one of Bahrain's most well established agencies with a fantastic reputation and a breadth of clients across the Middle East. The expat lifestyle in Bahrain is very relaxed, moderate, and is considered one of the most progressive in the Middle East.
