CREATIVE DIRECTOR - AGENCY - FINANCIAL SERVICES - LONDON (60K - 80K) YOUR PROFILE You are a senior Creative Director with extensive agency experience and with a strong background working on financial services accounts. THE ROLE Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for representing the creative team at senior management level; perceived as a senior management creative thinker by colleagues and clients, a natural leader with ability to sell the creative output of the agency. You will agree, challenge and develop all briefs at both strategic and implementation level. You will be responsible for maintaining high standard of creative output form the agency across all briefs and at all stages of the implementation process and monitor resource requirements of the creative group. You will be responsible for the management of the Creative Services Manager, Designers, Art Directors, Multi-media programmers and Artworkers and work on a one-to-one basis where required to encourage development of conceptual thinking within the creative team. You will be required to be heavily involved with new business opportunities working with the agency's directors to present credentials and pitches.
