YOUR PROFILE

You are an experienced Design Director with a fantastic packaging background ideally in FMCG, consumer goods and lifestyle brands, in addition to having a proven track record of managing a small team. You will have a strong client portfolio, with great examples of your ideas and concepts.


THE ROLE

Design Director role in a superb highly respected agency. The main role of this individual will be to 'create' big brand ideas for their clients and brands.

Working alongside client partners and planners to deliver outstanding results, you will foster strong client relationships and will be assigned a dedicated number of clients and brands that you will take responsibility for.

You will help plan, manage and run projects from concept to completion, set the vision and drive concepts and strategies through the entire creative and development process. You will analyse and question briefings top ensure clarity and full understanding and direction of briefs that fall within their remit.

Th role will also include management of a small team of designers and junior designers with occasional management of artworkers and visualiser.
