You are an experienced Design Director with a fantastic packaging background ideally in FMCG, consumer goods and lifestyle brands, in addition to having a proven track record of managing a small team. You will have a strong client portfolio, with great examples of your ideas and concepts. THE ROLE Design Director role in a superb highly respected agency. The main role of this individual will be to 'create' big brand ideas for their clients and brands. Someone who can hit the ground running in this very fast paced environment, who is able to hold their own in challenging creative conversations and debates, can lead from the front. This ideal candidate is someone who doesn't need mac visuals necessarily to show their ideas and thoughts because their ideas speak for themselves (in sketch form is great for example!) The agency is committed in trying to bolster even further, the exceptional Design Director talent they currently have and not have someone simply grow into the role; you should have proven successes in this area already. You will also be expected to help develop less experienced Designers so that the Studio as a whole keeps developing and being fresh and vibrant. Working alongside client partners and planners to deliver outstanding results, you will foster strong client relationships and will be assigned a dedicated number of clients and brands that you will take responsibility for.
