This is an unprecedented opportunity for a Digital Creative Director to join and lead the creative department of a well-established, highly regarded and frankly brilliant Digital Innovation Agency based in London.

Role
You must have proven commercial knowledge and a broad and deep understanding of digital - from the most complex web development through to the most innovative social media campaign, by way of ground-breaking mobile applications and innovative Online advertising.
This must be combined with an infectious passion for digital in both your own and your agencies work; sharing your enthusiasm with the team and clients at all levels of seniority.
You must be able to fight Digital's corner as part of larger network of agencies...The agency need a Digital Creative Director who can explain how digital is different, what is can add, and how it needs to be approached, developed and delivered effectively.
You must be an effective leader who is not only visionary but can be strategic and coax brilliant results out of your team. You must inspire the troops! Be hungry for the pitch, want to pull punches and take names...demanding the very best from everyone in the agency!!
