With a strong background gained agency side, retail, fashion or in consumer electronics you will develop creative and cost effective centralised training & marketing programmes to support channel/retail marketing managers around the world.

Based in London, you will work with local channel and marketing managers and drive global initiatives i.e.: retailer training, in-store demonstrator recruitment, merchandising and marketing collateral and creative sales material.

You must have ran similar global programmes previously for a fashion, phone or other youth consumer brand, and understand how to take technical product language and turn it into real benefits that a consumer would care about.

The role
* Own the development and roll out of a global retail training programme.
* Be willing and able to deliver some training sessions in markets where we have not got any training infrastructure set up
* Own and develop relationships with channel marketing managers and understand their individual needs for centralised support.
* Develop other centralised marketing programmes and tools
* Recruit, manage and direct relevant agency to develop the content for both online and face-to-face training
* Come up with creative ways to deliver these programmes outside of what the industry typically expects.
* Protect and grow the brand through each programme.
* Co-ordinate hiring of teams of in-store demonstrators/brand ambassadors in global markets where this selling model is prevalent.
