You will come from a retail background, ideally fashion whre you have created a best in class experience using all ecommerce functionalities, operations, technical and marketing. You will possess a strong track record of driving/ achieving growth and maximising online sales through digital marketing, eCRM, content and operations. Candidates with experience working & developing on an EU and multi-lingual website will be highly regarded.

THE ROLE
* Identify and drive opportunities to grow the Ecommerce channel, in order to realise its potential in the UK, Europe and other markets
* Continually strive to identify commercial routes for driving sales growth, delivering operating efficiencies and improving the service to customers
* Manage, develop and direct a web team consisting of Web Content, Web Marketing and Web Analytics, Planning, Catalogue and Urban Community
* Help Develop and execute Online & Direct strategy maximising sales and profits in both UK and EU markets
* Champion Direct and Online Marketing (PPC, SEO, Affiliates and email marketing and deliver a strong catalogue strategy)
* Maximise User Experience on the Site through MTV testing and Ecommerce Development Strategies
* Systems management for retail, web, logistics and interfaces between them
* Report and develop the online strategy using Web Analytics packages (such as Omniture or Coremetrics)
* Manage implementation and effective utilisation of Ecommerce tools (both front end and back end)
* Work closely with both the direct and store marketing and buying teams, to create the best marketing strategy of the product offering
* Ensure all Ecommerce opportunities are exploited from a marketing, technical and trading perspective
* Continually review the service, processes and systems to ensure they meet excellent quality standards
* Manage the Retention Marketing Programme along with the Customer Acquisition programme
