Head of User Engagement / Senior Information Architect This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior User Experience Consultant / Information Architect to join this Award Winning & High Ranking London based Digital Agency. They are seeking a Head of User Engagement to lead the User Experience work stream for all their digital offerings. If you are a Digital Evangelist, striving to create engaging user experience then this could be the role for you! The Role As Head of User Engagement you will take the reins and provide expertise across the full User Centered Design Cycle including research, site content, functionality, user-flow, architecture, wire-frames, focus groups, testing etc. Although this position is based within the Creative department, your remit will stretch the full breadth of the agency encompassing a highly creative studio, design & build plus online marketing.
