This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced LAMP Developer to join this pioneering, high-end fashion retail company who are at the cutting edge of luxury fashion and E commerce. With demand for their services growing exponentially and a loyal portfolio of clients, they now seek an experienced full-time LAMP developer to join their rapidly growing central London based company. Role - Middleweight to Senior LAMP Developer You will work alongside the Lead Developer as the LAMP specialist, taking ownership of the role and really adding value to the company. You will be a real solution seeker - analysing functionality and creating smart, efficient programming solutions. The successful candidate will either come from a Digital Agency having worked across high-end E commerce sites or from an in-house Luxury Fashion Retail brand, again having worked across their large scale E commerce site. You MUST have excellent commercial experience of developing large E commerce websites for top brands - ideally luxury fashion retail clients. You must be driven and be used to worked under pressure to high-standards. You must be process driven, have extremely good technical skills and enjoy working within a creative environment. You will play an integral role in the websites future development, be obsessed with new technology and have the desire to ensure that the website remains at the cutting edge i.e. database optimisation, performance diagnosis/monitoring plus recommendations for any improvements that can be made. Requirements * Middleweight to Senior LAMP Development experience * Extensive knowledge of MySQL Cluster Database * Either Digital Agency or in-house Luxury Fashion brand * Commercial experience of development large scale E commerce websites * Ideally - experience working across high-end luxury fashion retail clients * Advanced knowledge of Linux, Apache, MySQL & PHP * You must enjoy working with a creative team * Ability to work under pressure and meet exacting deadlines This is an URGENT role with an IMMEDIATE start.
