A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Flash Actionscript Developer to join an award winning Creative Agency. You will have an excellent portfolio of Flash and Actionscript work gained within a Creative Agency environment. You will be an expert in all things Flash shaped and will have very strong skills across AS2, AS3 and OOP. It is important that you have an advanced knowledge of Flash animation techniques including the encoding of video and audio within flash animations. The successful candidate will have multiple examples of flash projects they have been involved in. You will also need to have very good exposure to rich media ad serving platforms - particularly Eyeblaster, DoubleClick and Flashtalking. Your design / development portfolio will also include experience using After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, HTML, Javascript and XML. You will also have a keen interest in emerging technologies including Flex, Maya, AIR and Papervision. This is a pivotal role within the agency. As well as working in a hands on capacity across multiple flash projects you will also be acting as the lead and mentor of several more junior flash developers. You will be heavily involved in the strategy and conceptualising phases for key projects across high profile accounts. You will work on briefs from concept through to development and you will project manage and oversee external freelance resource to ensure timely delivery.
