Your Profile:

You are a bright and proactive Office Assistant with an interest in design and have working knowledge of InDesign creative package. You will have around 2+ years experience in a similar office based role such as receptionist or administrator, and have proven ability of creating and laying out documents using InDesign, plus excellent telephone manner, ability to coordinate and arrange company travel and general receptionist and administritive duties.

The Role:

This is an exciting Office Assistant position working for a leading interior design agency who are offering the opportunity to get in the door and onto the creative career ladder! The majority of your responsibilities will be laying out proposals in InDesign and providing support and coordination for internal staff.

The successful Office Assistant must be very organised, efficient and have proven ability of working in a fast paced environment. Experience working in a creative or agency based environment would be very beneficial.
