Recruitment Consultant - Creative Desk at Boutique London Agency - £Competitive Salary


Profiles Creative is looking for an experienced Freelance Recruitment Consultant to join our Creative Team. You will have proven experience of building a Freelance Recruitment desk within a fast paced environment, and will be excited and keen to move into a Boutique London Recruitment Agency that works across Creative, Fashion, Marketing and PR. You'll specialise in recruiting freelance creatives for both Agency and In house roles.

This role would be ideal for someone who has worked in a High Street or corporate agency and is looking for a more flexible opportunity within a boutique agency. You'll be responsible for a Creative Freelance desk, placing freelancers in both Agency and In House positions. It's the total 360 recruiter, managing candidates as well as your clients, some of which are the most famous design brands in the world. The skills you will need include cracking relationship building skills, pace, control and of course, a keen interest in design and creative portfolios. You will be given some warm business but you will also be expected to build your desk through strategic business development.
