Your Profile:

You are an up and coming Senior Designer / Creative Director with a strong background in design or copywriting and at least a few years of experience heading up a fully integrated creative team - managing creative projects from concept to completion, translating marketing objectives into creative strategies, and directing the creative team in the production of advertising and marketing collateral to meet tight deadlines.

The Role:

This is an exciting Creative Direction opportunity for either an experienced Art Director / Creative Director or an aspiring Senior Designer to make the an exciting next step in their career!

The successful Creative Director will sit on the management board and drive creative standards to a new level. Someone who is passionate about design, creativity and copywriting and who can conceptualise campaigns delivered across all mediums in a fully integrated way would be the ideal person for this job.

The Company:

A successful and growing Marketing Agency who specialise in fashion, retail, leisure and tourist destinations. They are located just north of Bury St Edmunds in Suffolk and their client base is extensive, located mostly in London, central and northern Europe.

Skills

Creative Direction and leadership skills plus familiarity of varying design applications (Adobe suite, QuarkXpress. Experience using HTML and Actionscript would be beneficial.)
