Luxury Fashion & Retail brand in based in Frankfurt has an opening on the Marketing team for a Senior Marketing Manager & with excellent Online Marketing experience to join the team. Based in Germany, you will need to speak fluent German & come from a Retail (ideally luxury fashion) Marketing background. You will have responsibility for creating & implementing the marketing, communications, promotion & publicity strategy to ensure the brand is publicised in across all of Germany with the right image & message to the Consumer market, the press & key tourism professionals. It is essential you have an understanding & experience of the Frankfurt market.

Key responsibilities include;
* Design and implement the "Communications Plan" with the Marketing Director:
* Define a communications plan to support the brands annual and strategic plans and objectives for footfall targets and sales per customer spending targets according to the analysis and the strategy as agreed with the CEO and Group Marketing and Retail Directors;
* Elaborate quantitative and qualitative objectives;
* Define and coordinate the local and national promotional communications strategy;
* Control and regularly analyse market information: sales, results, impact on promotional offers and special event activities, the market trends and the local consumer behaviour;
* Guarantee the coordination of all communication activities to ensure the local adaptation of the headquarters' corporate Marketing and Communication plans (taking into account the national and international client expectations in order to ensure the utmost in client satisfaction);
* Manage the local advertising budget for the promotion of appropriate initiatives.
* Management of external Public Relations consultants on all PR issues including event planning and organization;
* Work with Public Relations consultants to obtain well-placed, high quality editorial coverage in targeted press and media;
* Play an active role in the delivery of the concept and the image of the brand to the primary press and media in Germany;
* Oversee the general PR calendar, briefings, and manage the PR agencies;
* Creation of a national journalist database.
* Supervise, manage, lead and coach the Marketing Team in all day to day marketing activities: including Events, promotional campaigns, forming strategic partnerships with third parties.
