A leading international agency are looking for a Studio Manager to run their busy expanding studio in London. You will have previous experience in scheduling, hiring freelancers, quotations, budgets, billing, and smooth running of a studio. The role You will be responsible for the day-to-day management for the traffic in the studio, you will be briefing designers on new projects and monitoring milestones for ongoing projects. You will be the key facilitator to ensure projects are run to schedule. You will also be responsible for booking freelance capacity within the studio, and will conduct initial interviews. You will attend weekly forward planning meetings, prepare studio quotes. Liaise with the technical director in regards to technical resources that the studio needs. You will be responsible for closing off completed jobs. You will assist with the planning and management of film and photo shoots and undertake any other relevant administrative duties for the smooth running of the studio. You will have a good understanding of the health and safety policies and practices, and have a good understanding of industry trafficking systems. You will also be hands on where required and be well versed in industry design packages. The studio manager will work closely with a number of department heads, and offer key progress reports and solutions. The agency The agency is unique and are known for delivering innovative and engaging brand solutions for a large range of clients. The agency currently provides offerings in a number of areas on the print and digital side, the agency also has an international presence and is currently in growth mode.
